These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of peachstateoffices.com (the "Site"), operated by PS Suites LLC, doing business as Peach State Offices ("Peach State Offices," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 120 Emory Greene Drive, Suite 2, Macon, GA 31210. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site provides information about private offices, coworking memberships, day passes, and virtual office services offered by Peach State Offices in Macon, Georgia, and allows you to request a tour or contact us. The Site is intended for business use by adults 18 and older.

2. No Offer or Contract

Information on the Site, including pricing, availability, amenities, and descriptions, is provided for general information and is subject to change without notice. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer, lease, license, or reservation. Office space, memberships, and virtual office services are provided only under a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Submitting a tour request does not reserve space or create any obligation on either side.

3. Pricing and Availability

Listed prices are starting rates and may vary by office, term, and services selected. Prices exclude any applicable taxes, deposits, or setup fees stated in your written agreement. Availability changes frequently and is confirmed only at the time an agreement is signed.

4. Tour Requests and Communications

When you submit a form on the Site, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that we may contact you by email or phone about your request and our services. You may ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the Site.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated means to access the Site or submit forms.
• Attempt to interfere with, probe, or circumvent the Site's security or the systems that support it.
• Use the Site to send spam, harass others, or engage in any unlawful activity.
• Copy, scrape, or republish Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

We may block access to the Site, without notice, for any use we believe violates these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, wordmarks, and design, are owned by PS Suites LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. "Peach State Offices" and related marks may not be used without our written consent. You may view and print pages for your own personal or business evaluation only.

7. Third Party Services and Links

The Site relies on third party providers for hosting, security, and form delivery, and may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third parties.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PS Suites LLC, its affiliates, members, managers, and staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PS Suites LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bibb County, Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Changes to the Site and These Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also revise these Terms; the effective date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy make up the entire agreement between you and PS Suites LLC regarding use of the Site. They do not replace or modify any separate office, membership, or virtual office agreement.
